My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and exceeded my expectations, but the persistent smell of smoke was a big downside. The service was helpful overall, but being abruptly woken up by staff opening the door early wasn't pleasant. The location was very convenient, especially for travelers using Termini Station, though it can get a bit noisy. The dining experience was basic Italian fare, nothing special but had a good coffee machine. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and room for improvement.
